Bonjour! Nu är jag påväg hem från Tazie i södra Frankrike, efter en super kul vecka. Taize är ett kloster som bjuder in ungdomar från hela världen. Det var verkligen något speciellt och jag tyckte det var lite svårt att anpassa sig de första två dagarna, men sen blev det bara roligare varje för dag.
Vad gör man där då? Jo, en dag innehöll bön på morgon, lunch och kväll och under dagen fanns det workshops, en konstutställning och jobb man kan delta i. Det är alla besökare och volontärer tillsammans med munkarna som driver Taize. Matlagning, städning, nattvaktning och diskning osv. Jag hade bibelstudier varje dag också, vi läste en text och diskuterade den och budskapet tillsammans i smågrupper.
Det är mycket folk där i slutet av sommaren och den här veckan var det runt 6300 personer. Det är verkligen så coolt att sitta i kyrkan alla tillsammans och höra sånger på alla språk.
Jag gillar att folk från alla världens hörn kommit till samma ställe och möts. Det är det som är det fina med religon, att de samlar folk.
Nu är det bara tre dagar kvar tills nästa äventyr...

Bonjour! Now I'm on my way back home from Taize in south France, after a super fun week. Taize is a monastery who invites young people from the whole world. This was not a ordinary vacation and a bit complicated to adapt the first two days, but after that it was only getting better and better.
What do you do there then? A day in Taize included prayers in the morning, lunch and in the evening and they organizes workshops, have an art exhibition and work you can participate in. It is all visitors and volunteers together with the monks who runs Taize. The cooking, cleaning, the night guards etc. I also had bible studies everyday, we read a text and discussed it the massage in the text in small groups.
It is a lot of people there in the end of the summer and this week it was about 6300 people. It was so cool to sit in the church all together and sing songs on different languages.
I really like that people gather together from all around the world. That is the beauty of religion, it can make people come together.
And now, it's only three more days till the next adventure...
